Extremely Disappointed with Our Management Company We have been dealing with low water pressure since January, and it is now April with no resolution in sight. The response time from our property manager has been painfully slow, and in many cases, there has been no response at all. What’s even more frustrating is that, initially, they denied there was any issue with the water pump simply because they hadn’t received complaints from other residents. They also claimed they hadn’t received the tickets submitted by me and my neighbors, which is incredibly concerning. It turns out that only the last three flats on the third floor—including ours—were affected. Only after persistent follow-ups did the property manager finally request an inspection from a contractor. At this point, we still have no clear timeline for when this will be fixed. This level of service is unacceptable.
