This place is a joke
This place is a joke. The only reason I’ve gave it one star is because that’s the only way I could write the review. My daughters and I have reservations for July 6,2022 my girls grandmother has took a turn for the worst and dying. I just called to see if we could have our money back or even just reschedule the vacation for a later date and was no it’s against policy and just like I told the lady we spoke with if your grandmother was dying would you continue with your vacation? The only thing she would say was I’m sorry that’s the policy. I guess that’s why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Melissa Owens Rutledge Tennessee
