Would give 0 if it was possible to do. I have complained so many times and still my case does not move on. I have asked for a new case manager and for the email of the team leader. Still no movement. I want to get my case looked at and settled. I was hit head on in 2022 and 2025 has arrived - please for the love of God will someone help me! Sarah Grace
