Avoid like the plaque
Had nothing but hassle from this company, finally thought all had been sorted after over a year of hassle then hear from them recently that my certificate is finally ready but that I need to pay arrears of over £1000 before I can receive this, I do not owe this as my account has been paid off in full for a long while now, I’ve raised tickets but all they say is I owe the money. Please don’t use this company, quick to take your money but absolutely awful customer service, avoid like the plaque. Also noticed you can no longer leave a review on their Facebook page, they’ve removed the ability to leave reviews as there were so many bad ones.
