Absolutely fab right from the beginning. As first time buyers we were really unsure about the whole process ... We'd read loads but needed reassurance many times and confirmation of next steps ... Emma, gave me the encouragement when I was wavering and provided answers to my every question no matter how trivial or silly ... I have no idea how many times I rung her and Donna, and was reassured each time. It was a long 4/5 months but they supported me through the entire home buying process. Absolutely fab.
