Our experience with SunExpress was…terrible
Our experience with SunExpress was terrible. On April 5th (about three weeks ago), they lost our bag. We had to wait five days until it was finally found and returned. All our clothes and toiletries were there. On our return flight, we were denied boarding. We had to buy new tickets ourselves to fly to a different city 165 km away from our original destination. We can't apply for a refund because the website doesn’t work — it says the flight number doesn’t exist, even though it’s clearly shown on our tickets.
