Fraud& scam. My complaint was against my bag mishandled by an airline. I was in India for a short time. I asked them whether they can deal with the issue even if I leave India. They called a few times & mentioned that even if I go overseas, they can follow & update me with all details. But nothing so far. The worst customer service that goes round & round ith a few standard templates. Wasted 1754 rupees. Did not get even one paise worth of service. 100% scam & fraud. Do not waste hard earned money.
