Refunds in case of issues are NOT full refunds
Ordered a product that was totally not as described over Kleinanzeigen.de. Me and the seller agreed to a full refund (which was due to their product). Then today I receive just the net refund (150 eur vs . 163) discovering that even though this was not my fault, I paid service fees and shipping...? What is even the point of buyer protection if it does not fully cover the buyer?
