Absolutely Atrocious.
Atrocious. Have been waiting for a part for my son's home seating for 3 months. Called to chase it up and was told the serial number is of no use and they could not help me. I asked for manager and directors details and was hung up on. Don't use Jcm or sunrise. Go elsewhere.
