Having just dealt with an emotional property sale following a bereavement, we found Bill Reid extremely approachable during the arrangement of the sale. He is very knowledgeable, and is always contactable, no matter what day or time, which is unheard of in this industry. Following the sale being agreed, we dealt with Sarah Davies for all the post sale queries/questions. Again, we found Sarah to be polite, professional and we received excellent communication from her keeping us updated through to completion. We would highly recommend Online Estate Agents for the service that we received, and the reasonable charges we paid, unlike a lot of other estate agents. We would have no hesitation in using them again.
