Complete carp. Make believe bills only send a engineer twice a year to read the meter to give me a proper meter reading otherwise its some make believe bill. 4 times a year it should be read 2 bills are made up and 2 bills a engineer comes to read the meter and gives me proper reading make believe £49 engineer reading £120 and the water meter is out off date expired years old, makes millions in profit and this is how they operate lovely more cons. And also Anglian Water billed £150k for river pollution in Bedfordshire 28 Jun 2023 — the water company has been given a £150,000 penalty after sewage was released into a Bedfordshire river it's on Google this is how they operate don't trust there tap water
