Terrible customer servive

Best to be avoided. Have had an awful experience with Lyca. I signed up for their unlimited plan, turned on auto top-up and auto renew and had my card details added. but last month i just received msg from lyca that ur payment was declined due to insufficient balance , but same day i talked with their customer service team and informed them i have enough credit in my account then ,a lady on the phone said ur plan is still activated and we will deduct money today(30.10.2024 at 11:30Pm) to renew your plan. I waited that day but nothing happened and next day i called customer service time and then they have just once answer that if you want to access this plan then I wanted to renew it - and cost would be 100% 20 euro. Jumping from 10 to 20 euro. then i talked with their supervisor and explan everything to her and she told me wait for 24 hour i will check ur case with concern department . after waiting i again call but their answer was same wait .afte waiting one week i again called then men over the phone offered me compensation offer for 10 euro for only one month and after that i have to pay full amount , anyhow i agreed because from last one week i was enable to use services and they are just trying tp prove that its my fault which is not mine as i have enough credit . after that i credit 10 euro my account on last friday and call back them to activate the plan then they said you have to wait for one day and we will activate .i waited one day and saturday again called them to inform that it is not activated then they again said wait for another 2 hours and it was going on till saturday 6PM again and again that you have to wait 2 hours. today again i called them and they said you have to wait another 24 hours . Its vary shocking that from last 15 days customer is chasing but they dont have any care .more over when i asked them to talk with supervisor they put my call on hold and nobody answer back . terrible customer service . still waiting for solution .
