I’m actually sad to recommend that others use another course. Other than mobile optimization, course content was great! Customer service, however, is terrible. I’m waiting weeks for responses on simply extending my course- not even trying to use the money back guarantee. I’m trying to take the test again- this is time sensitive. Today I got fed up and paid for the Princeton Review Course. Loving the content so far. Edited: Though I’m still sad about the result, I appreciate Kaplan’s response. Sometimes things just slip through the cracks. The course itself was great, and that it reflected in the updated rating.
