Worthless airmiles. Your loyalty will be punished!
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and as a result accumulated a lot of airmiles. SQ have now made it impossible for me to use my miles. I have 183k miles and it won’t even get me 25% off my booking. You’ve changed the value of miles so significantly that they are almost worthless now. I used to be able to get so much more from my miles as a reward for my loyalty. And now hardly anything. There are plenty of other airlines to use! That’s where my money has been going since you started punishing your loyal customers!
