14 Tage über Garantieanspruch

Ich habe am 14.5.21 einen Poolroboter erworben. 14 Tage nach Garantieanspruch gab das Gerät den Geist auf. Firma Steinbach kam uns in keinster Weise entgegen. Wollte mir sogar einen neuen Motor zum selbsteinbau verkaufen um Stolze 84 Euro das Gerät hat neu 119 Euro gekostet. Ohne Worte, wenn man bedenkt das so ein Gerät im Schnitt 3 Monate in der Saison in Betrieb ist, hat das Gerät gerade mal 6 Monate seinen Dienst getan.
