Only 3 out of 4 Winter Tyres Delivered
Ordered 4 winter tyres (all the same) which were displayed as in stock. Unusually the tyres were split into three packages, but only two packages arrived 5 days later that contained 3 winter tyres with 1 missing. I reached out to AutoDoc who said they would look into it and that it was GLS who had it. I contacted GLS who said they never received the final tyre from AutoDoc. Therefore I went back to AutoDoc who again promised to look into it. Next day after no further news, contacted AutoDoc again who said they would look again with their supplier (note they seem like a facilitator of smaller suppliers and not a single large supplier as one might suspect). Then after, I suddenly get an email saying it is no longer in stock, despite it still being for sale on their website as in stock. Now trying to find the same final tyre in Denmark, otherwise I will have to get all refunded. Note you cannot phone anyone, you can only write via a chat or email.
