Solid property management company
Greystar handles a lot of the logistics really well. Their technology platform is user-friendly and makes paying rent and submitting requests easy. The communities they manage tend to be in good locations with nice amenities. Staff turnover can be an issue sometimes, but the overall experience has been positive.
