AVOID: Non-existent customer service

Got a notification that my Seoul-London flight had been changed to 2 hours EARLIER but would arrive 50 minutes LATER (?). Therefore causing a problem with my connecting Tokyo-Seoul flight. Asiana's website gives 3 phone numbers for customer service / reservations in the UK. All of them simply ring out to an automated message saying the voicemailbox is already full. Chat function on their website says bot only - unable to handle live chat or email queries. Expedia customer care were helpful and tried, but said they got no reply by phone or email

Terrible - avoid

Had used a 5-6 times previously and were OK yet inconsistent (drivers would meet at Heathrow arrivals without being asked but the last one insisted on £5 extra to do so). Always ordered an estate car and our usual 4 suitcases always fitted fine. This last time they sent a smaller-than-usual estate, put 3 in the boot / 1 in the car, drove my wife and young daughter to non-man's-land at the ticket barrier, then decided the cases were too big. Driver spent 45+ mins (while my family stood in the car park after an 11-hour flight) emailing photos to the office, who were thoroughly unhelpful and had the audacity to say we'd "been lucky" the previous 5-6 times to get a bigger estate car. T&Cs state suitcases of up to 20kgs. None of these were more than 18kgs, and all conformed with standard airline check-in baggage dimensions. They refused to consider even a partial refund on the £62
