Very poor delivery service and communication. Lies when responding to criticism.
Ordered Friday on the basis of promised speedy delivery. Expected Tuesday. No tracking given. Failed delivery on Thursday. Could have gone elsewhere! Having read Sitebox's reply, and spoken with them I had to edit my review to only 1 star. It would be none if I could. TNT never contacted me to provide tracking information and did not attempt delivery until two days after the package was due. No card was left until Thursday at 13:54. This card was from FedEx (a sister company) and instructed me to use the FedEx App to track status. The tracking number given was not recognised. The package was not put out for delivery today (Friday). Having spoken to a real person today I have had to arrange for delivery on Monday and organise someone to be around to sign for it then. Given this order was for approximately £1300 I expected considerably better service. In any case I don't expect a company's response to be untruthful. Poor service and lies will put off customers!
