Resolved issue
Issue resolved with installation. What has been so nice is that I had one person managing the issue and spoke with Lucy wfor nearly every phone call. This meant I wasn't being bounced around to lots of people, she managed all internal interactions within Wessex Internet, and I was never confused as to what stage of the process we were in. All rectified now, and the service has been smooth, and the engineer, Liam, was knowledgeable. Today, the 14th March, I also received a follow-up call to make sure all was the way it should be, and the ticket was closed, but not until I said it was fine to do so. We're happy. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company deals with those issues which makes you want to continue using their service.
