Unprofessional and intimidating. AVOID!!!
I recently left a negative review about what I felt was Edzell's terrible business practices, late payments and lack of communication (similar to many many other reviews here). Within hours I received an angry phone call from their manager (during which he shouted over me and, oddly, told me I sounded 'old'). He demanded I take the negative review down, and that not only would he 'see me in court' if I didn't, but also that I "wasn't very smart" to put up a bad review when he had something I wanted (i.e. the money still owed to my mother) I said all I wanted was my mother to be paid the money promised to us for weeks and was told she would only get it if any negative review was removed and if he had in writing that it would not be reposted. He ended the call by laughing maniacally (which was so loud every customer of the café I was in turned to look!) and hanging up on me?! Since I wanted the owed payment, I had no option but to remove the review and will, as promised, not be reposting it. I personally feel his reaction and what I believe to be unsettling & bullying behaviour speaks for itself, so will leave it there. Suffice to say, I do not recommend getting involved with Edzell's as a business letting agent!
