Cannot thank this company (especially Jonathon) enough ...
Jonathon (I truly hope was his name) was probably the most amazing person I could have talked to. Without going into too much personal detail, he not only explained what would happen in terms of my credit debt, but he spoke to me regarding where my life is at, how he could relate to what I'm going through, was empathetic, listened while I was very emotional, and provided words of wisdom all while ensuring I understood the dispute process and being completely transparent in a way that was not overwhelming. I am so glad I called and think I was meant to speak to him. I will sing his praises forever. Thank you so much for not treating me like "just another person." You have made an extremely hard time in my life, a little easier by helping me through this. Thank you again.
