Woeful experience
I cannot stress enough how awful the ‘service’ this firm provides truly is. The conyenancer (I have been asked to remove his name by the firm) is incapable of answering the phone or responding to clients emails, never mind actually doing his job as a conveyancer. He sat on documents for over 4 weeks that should’ve been sent to the buyers solicitors, zero updates and zero professionalism. He argued with my partner (a registered electrician) that we needed to have another electrical certificate issued, even though our property is only 3 years old and the certificate last 10 years. I get the impression no one in this company actually knows what they’re doing, and they certainly do not care for their clients. I have ended up having to deal directly with my buyers’ solicitors as I cannot trust my own solicitor to liaise with them himself. This is only a very brief description of the horrendous experience JS Law has provided. His lack of communication and quite frankly sheer laziness has now caused us financial distress. No help from JSLAW themselves as they cannot intervene. All I can say is if you value your mental health DO NOT use this firm. I will now be taking the matter to the legal ombudsman.
