Shipped me a broken watch and now won't reply to help me get this situation fixed.

The watch arrived and doesn't work. I have tried to reach out to customer service four times without a response. Terrible customer service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: Since my review went up, the company has reached out ti me. They sent me an apology email along with a return label and said they will handle this ASAP. There was some issue with the customer service page and apple products so they didn't see my request for help. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm shipping my watch off this morning and will update this review.
