Nightmare of an experience
We like many others had to cancel our trip in April due to Covid. We were issued a $935 airline credit to use for one year. We are now trying to use the credit and its been a nightmare! 1. They changed our date to redeem by to February . Nobody i spoke with knows why and they keep filing support tickets to fix but nothing happens 2. They will not let us upgrade any flight to take advantage of our full credit. I they will only book saver fee on Alaska ( not our original seat we bought ) I've spent HOURS on hold and in chat with nothing resolved. I just want my money back at this point! I know that's never happening Never ever using this company again. Be aware !
