I am very impressed with DES and how they coordinated all the processes. The quote was bang on and had all the time in the world to answer questions I had. Once the quote was accepted the surveyor date was agreed and the installation began - The date for the scaffolded (Monday) was agreed, followed with the solar panels fitted (Wednesday) and the electrician (Thursday & Friday). All done in a week. The scaffold was removed a week later. The system was up and running and producing free energy that day - reducing my cost to the energy provider immediately. I would highly recommend DES to you as a provider of equipment and installer. The office staff where very knowledgeable on all aspects of the installation and nothing was to much trouble even if the answer was not part of their remit. Very Happy Customer,
