The pricing and quality of the car was very good. Quick and easy pick-up and drop at the airport. There could have been better co-ordination between the call-centre and office in Queenstown re extending my hire. I unnecessarily had to travel from Wanaka to organise this. I would use Omega again if visiting NZ
