I purchased a cordless telephone from this company for my grandmother who lives in a rural area, without being made aware that it wouldn’t work in analog-only areas. When I discovered it was unusable, I returned it for inspection, hoping for a refund. Instead, I was told the phone “works fine” but they refused to refund me due to “scratches” on the device, scratches I don’t recall being there when I sent it back. They completely overlooked the fact that the phone is not fit for purpose in certain areas. Be warned: this company seems more interested in dodging refunds than helping customers. I strongly recommend taking clear photos of your item before sending it back, or better yet.. shop elsewhere. Very disappointed.
