Poor experience
I had been a client for over an year when they closed out that branch and offered for us to transfer our membership to another branch. I mistakenly chose the next nearest branch located in Wimbledon where they claim to be a tier 1 location but offer little to none of the quality of services the previous branch did. Staff have been arrogant and rude from the start and even though I was moved from another branch they raised the price of my membership. They do not offer parking, have reduced space for the amount of people they allow in, no jacuzzi facilities and poor customer service. But they justify the raise in price by the location. I had tried to appeal to cancel this membership giving the situation that I was uncomfortable with the new service I experienced but still forced to pay another month. Raised a complaint but no reply was given. This place is a joke in my opinion robbing you of your hard earned money. Do not join!
