I booked my car well in advance for front and rear disc pad replacements. Firstly I took a days Annual Leave to get it done, that was a waste of time, why? Firstly got a call to say the mechanic that was booked was tied up and to reschedule (1 hour before appointment). Then the new mechanic arrived (Ali) who was very good. But guess what, they didn’t have any parts and can’t get them. Plus also needed to be requoted for rotors and sensors. They can’t do it today so I have wasted a whole days annual leave.
