I was recently referred to Indian Law services- Sonia, for an urgent Indian passport renewal for my mother. We were handed the printed forms in good time prior to our tatkal appointment and had our passport renewed in under a week. Sonia also logged and tracked delivery of the passport which is certainly going the extra mile. A great communicator, and a person who really cares.
