Good service, room for improvement
The results were positive and our online reputation definitely improved. The monthly reports were detailed and helpful. However, I felt the pricing was a bit high compared to similar services, and the onboarding process was somewhat confusing. Overall satisfied but think there's room for improvement in their processes.
