Katastrophale Hotline - NICHT erreichbar

Kreditkarte funktioniert im Ausland nicht mehr, telefonische Hotline ist NICHT erreichbar, an mehreren Tagen versucht, stundenlang in der Warteschleife, am Ende wurde die Leitung gekappt. Keine Chance diese telefonisch zu erreichen und das Problem zu lösen. Karte wird zurückgegeben, Tagesgeldkonto wird aufgelöst. NIE WIEDER!!!!
