No response to missing order regardless of communication channel
Multiple attempts to contact them by phone (the number just rigs out then disconnects), several emails, social media channels. Not a single response. No sign of my order, or shipping confirmation since making my order nearly a month ago. Truly awful customer experience so far and still without my order! UPDATE - 12/04/23 Still don't quite know why it was so hard to actually get a response/acknowledgement. However when I finally did, they were very helpful, got my order and apology for the material delay in shipment. Happy with end result, just would have valued being kept better up to date.
