Terrible complaints process
Various problems during fitting which caused damage to my home and property. Second installers visited a month later to correct the shoddy initial install. Its since taken 6 months for them to start to compensate me for the damage caused to my property, they have refused to accept responsibility for damage caused by their installer (based on his word alone and no evidence he ensured my property was protected during install), not acknowledged the time or stress the complaints process has caused me then referred me to an external organisation if I wasn't happy with the final outcome. The external organisation doesn't help with complaints. I've wasted hours attempting to get a fair solution and compensation, which has still yet to be achieved. I've been really disappointed with the whole process and level of customer service, I was expecting more when they are trying to appear as a premium company offering a premium product.
