Rude sales associate
I ordered online for pickup at At palm beach gardens fl branch. I followed the direction for curbside pickup , i waited for 5 mins .... nothing . Mind you they just opened , i saw 5 shoppers going inside so definitely not busy yet. I went inside coz nothing was happening and when i went in , there was one associate didnt even say good morning welcome to at home etc. she just said YES MA'AM. Hmmm what a way to greet a customer who was waiting at curbside. So i said WELL I GUESS NO ONE IS READY TO BRING MY ORDER OUT TO MY CAR. she just replied WHAT DO MEAN NO ONE IS READY. Then she went to the little area to look for my order and brought it to me . In a little irritated tone she she to me I NEED TO CHECK THE NUMBER FROM YOUR EMAIL. Instead of saying am Sorry to keep u waiting , can i have Ur order #? No manners at all. Will not be going back to shop there .
