Very defective greenhouse
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Home Done. I purchased a 6x10 greenhouse in October 2024, which was severely damaged by adverse weather in December, despite following the recommended setup guidelines. I reached out to the company multiple times, providing photographic evidence of the damage and explaining that lightweight plant pots in the same location were unaffected—indicating the greenhouse's poor quality. Instead of addressing my concerns, the company repeatedly requested irrelevant information, like wind speed data, seemingly to avoid responsibility. They dismissed my claim, citing a lapsed return period, despite the greenhouse failing within three months of purchase. Their response that 'damage caused by severe weather is beyond their control' felt like a convenient excuse to deny accountability for a poorly designed product. The lack of customer care and refusal to provide a resolution—whether a refund or replacement—was infuriating. This experience has shaken my trust in their brand, and I strongly advise others to avoid Home Done if they value quality and customer service.
