Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. There is no point making phone calls to their ' customer service ' team as all you will get is scripted responses and repeated nonsense about data protection , the fact you are being recorded etc etc. The tour itself ( croatia , montenegro ) is loaded with commision stops at out of the way food venues and shops and some of the days are way too long with 7 or 8 AM starts and an uncomfortable seat in a very old bus with no toilet , wifi , charging facilities for your phone etc. As the majority of the clientele are ancient maybe they think this doesnt matter but they will discover that as that generation dies off so will low grade coach tours like this. Avoid
