The decision was illogical and service is shambolic
The decision was illogical and I believe unfairly favoured the supplier. Despite repeated requests for a call to discuss i was ignored for over 2 weeks forcing me to accept the decision. I was unable to challenge as that option had disappeared from the portal on the deadline. Shocking and shambolic from the ombudsman who's whole purpose is to ensure fair treatment of customers Following your reply: I have been calling, daily, and send messages on the portal DAILY for the past 3 weeks and I only received a call back on Tue (3 weeks after decision) and after the point at which i could challenge or accept the decision. FORCING me to accept your illogical and unfair decision. You have totally let me down and failed to uphold your stance as independent adjudicator. Disgusting.
