Absolutely disgusting service making money from covid-19 only received £44.90 refund from £107 insurance policy,I even asked if I could just move it to next year as we moved our holiday to the same time next year and I would pay the excess if it was more and they refused,the rest of my party who took insurance with other companies all got a full refund or a moved to next year. I even put a proper complaint in and they didn't care. So avoid this despicable company and look somewhere else for insurance appalling customer service Rip off merchants!!!!
