Product good - Handling time needs work.
To preface this review - I always place my orders for RC car parts so that they qualify for the FREE shipping service. I place my orders on Saturday or Sunday. From previous experience, I the order ship on Monday and I receive the product on Thursday. This has been consistent up until this last order. Regarding this most recent order, the order didn't ship on Monday like it previously has - it shipped Wednesday - 3 days after I placed the order. Obviously this delay in shipment resulted in the receipt of my parts being delayed, which resulted in my not being prepared for this weekends race - which resulted in lost deposits for the races I signed up for. I just can't see a reason why it takes 3 days to handle an order. All the item I ordered showed up as being in stock at the time of order placement. Even if there was a shortage on parts, a discrepancy between the systems inventory and the shelf, or mistake on the order, the issue should be easily remedied in 1 day, not 3. In their defense, my previous orders have been great. It was only this most recent order that was a disappointing experience. The lesson learned is that I must order any race-critical items from a more trust-worthy and efficient source, and allow HRP to handle the items that are less-critical and time sensitive. HRP does great in getting the correct items to me at prices that are highly-competitive, but the area that could use some improvements is in the handling time of the order.
