I have recently moved into a lovely property that I am renting through Knights. Ross and team have been especially wonderful at making the whole process easy and hassle free. I viewed and enquired about other properties with other estate agents, and they were no comparison to Knights. The team are very responsive to emails and phone calls (which lots of other estate agents seem not to be), and nothing seems a problem they can't solve. The property was in excellent condition when I viewed it, and I was given a lovely long viewing slot which meant that there was no feeling of being rushed.
