Disappointing cancellation policy
While my piano teacher is fantastic, I'm frustrated with the strict cancellation policy. Had to pay for a lesson I missed due to a family emergency even though I gave 12 hours notice. The 24-hour requirement seems unreasonable for unexpected situations.
