I was completely disappointed with the online check-in process, which was dysfunctional and kept displaying errors. The mobile app did not work at all. I will never fly with this airline again. Several of my fellow passengers experienced the same problems, and since this also happened last year when I flew on vacation, I have decided never to use this airline for my vacations again.
