Terrible customer service, false advertisement
Terrible customer service. Their website literally “says same day medication, 15 minute review.” Started the process at 12:30 PM on a Thursday. Their team sent an auto message immediately saying that a doctor would review my intake information within TWELVE TO TWENTY FOUR BUSINESS HOURS. How can I possibly get my script same day or even next day if we use the 12 business hour analogy? I would imagine the eight hour business hours would end around five. So that’s 4 1/2 hours on Thursday. If we assume eight hours the next day, I might possibly get the script very late evening! However, that’s the window…. I can’t imagine I would actually get the script same day or even next day. Even if I place the order at 8 AM, their customer service team immediately tells you “no” you won’t get your script today you’ll get it tomorrow. That my friend, is the definition of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Immediately placing the order you are lying to your customers and telling them that you will not get your order same day. I emailed customer service to complain and the lovely Cxxxxxx Txx told me,” Since you seem unsatisfied with our service we cancelled your order.” Do you wanna grow a business? Not only are the promises on their website false advertisement, but their customer service is very unprofessional. Definitely go elsewhere. Not a great way to run a company for long-term growth. The CEO of the company also emailed me and asked me about my experience. Definitely a robot. I of course, shared all this with him but I don’t expect to hear from him. Probably way too busy to respond to customer inquiries! Good job CEO! And dammmmmmm! Look at all these horrible reviews! EIGHT PERCENT!? You should be ashamed of that.
