I have to say that our experience of NOX Waterloo was very good. The staff were friendly and polite. They looked after our bags while we toured London and put them in our rooms when we arrived back in the evening. The room had everything you needed including a little kitchenette. We had notified them that my husband would be bringing his assistance dog and they provided a dog bed and bowls for her. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
