I was recommended to go with you by my brother for over 50 s with medical conditions. I spoke to Jim he was amazing & made me feel at ease.I've been unwell for quiet a while so a bit slow thinking about some of the questions. He was very thorough, patient and explained everything clearly & never tried to rush me at all in my answers.We were very happy with the gold annual multi cover which filled our needs.
