SCAMMERS – DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY

This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to operate. I paid €30 for Anne Frank House tickets and never received them. No confirmation, no tickets, nothing. Then, without warning, they had the audacity to charge my card €79 for a so-called “subscription” I NEVER signed up for, NEVER received an email about, and NEVER even saw on my account — which, by the way, shows the subscription as inactive. When I chased them, they tried to claim I had “agreed” to it by ticking their terms and conditions box — the same box you’re forced to tick just to pay for tickets. That’s not consent — that’s sneaky, manipulative and unethical. They rely on tricking people and hiding behind vague small print. Weeks of emails, zero resolution. No refund. No accountability. No shame. I’ve basically been robbed by a company pretending to offer a legitimate service when it’s clearly just a trap designed to steal money from people under false pretences. Avoid this site like the plague. They are scammers, liars, and thieves.
