If I could give no stars I would. At the Lisbon HQ all staff were Rude, Arrogant and in my opinion Corrupt. I paid deposits for fuel €33 and €100 for tolls supposedly refundable upon return. I was accused by the member of staff of damaging a wing mirror despite video evidence that showed it was damaged prior to collection and was charged without my explicit agreement. I Spoke to the Manager and asked her to view the car in order to verify the video. Lo and behold it had already gone for valeting. Upon reviewing the photos taken by the member of staff the manager agreed that the damage did not meet the criteria and promised a full refund of the €190. So far I have had an unknown €89 refund but am still €200+ down as tolls and fuel deposits and wing mirror refunds have not been actioned. My credit card company are actively chasing them for fraud. If you hire with them please take photos of any marks no matter how small. The only upside was that the car was brilliant.
