Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Do not order from Midwest Growkits. Their customer service is atrocious, especially from the guy I'm dealing with named Joe. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. When looking at the tracking, it was obvious that they lost my package. I informed midwest that my package was lost and requested a new shipment be sent out. They refused saying my package was still set to be delivered on their end. I informed them of the obvious inconsistency of the logistics and that there was no way the order would be delivered in an acceptable timeframe. They were not willing to send out a new order without confirmation from fedex. The next day I recieved said confirmation from fedex that they were not able to complete the delivery. I sent that to midwest immediately and never got a reply. Two days later I sent an email requesting they cancel the order all together and refund my money. Joe actually replied this time saying that my package was still scheduled to be delivered and they would not do anything about it until they recieved confirmation from fedex. I replied reminding him that i sent the confirmation from fedex on the canceled order and once again have not heard anything back from Joe. I've spent a couple thousand dollars with this company over the last few months and this experience and the sheer lack of professionalism from their supposed customer service representative Joe have made me decide to take my business elsewhere and never give this place another dime. Just like the other negative review on google posted, they will not display your negative reviews on their products. Who knows how many they have because they delete them.
